Have you ever wanted to go inside the players locker room on a game night and sit on the bench for the warm-up? Would you also be interested in seeing how we manage the graphics and communicate with the stage on a game night with a tour of the AV room, listen to stories of our legends in the Legends Lounge and drop into the Royal Box? And, how about a signed photo with your favourite player plus digital copies of all the photos our photographer takes during your experience?


Well you can, because the Supporters Club is giving you the opportunity to do just this. It’s called ‘Behind the Bench – a VIP Experience’ and you can book it for yourself or as a gift for someone special. It’s £40.00 per person and it is available for our home games on a Saturdaynight. For games not on a Saturday please check with the Supporters Club before booking.


The tour will start at 5.30pm and will end a few minutes after the players leave the ice after warm-up. Children who are 15 or under must be fully accompanied and supervised by a full-paying adult – this is for health and safety reasons. It is also a condition of booking that you have a valid ticket for the game, as this needs to be checked and scanned before you are allowed into the rink.


You will be given:


• A FREE custom VIP badge and lanyard
• A FREE custom printed puck
• A signed and printed full colour photo with your favourite player (to be collected a week after the tour)


You will visit:


• The AV room – where the big screen and graphics are managed
• The Legends Lounge – learn about our 40th anniversary year
• The Royal Box – take a quick selfie if you want!
• The locker room – and the potential to meet any players not icing


After your visit to the locker room you will then be escorted to the players’ bench and you can watch the rest of the warm-up – you can’t get any closer than this! This is when you will have your photo taken with the player of your choice.


Once the players leave the ice, our coach or assistant coach will join you on the bench for a few minutes and share with you a few details about the team’s preparation and tactics for the game. You can also ask your own questions or grab a selfie if there is time!

All bookings must be made and paid for at least 1 week before the event and all confirmed bookings will be acknowledged by email.
