It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas as we enter the festive season and we’re excited to be hosting our very first Christmas Market on Saturday 14th December for the game against Hull!
Whether you’re looking to shop for unique, handmade gifts or just support local charities, our Christmas Market is the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit.



Calling All Vendors!



We’re looking for creative individuals and small businesses to rent a space at the market.


Here’s how it works:


What are we looking for: we’re looking for vendors selling craftwork, handmade items, and other
goods typically found at Christmas markets. Please note that we can’t allow any stalls selling food or drink.


Cost: £10 per space for the evening. You keep 100% of your sales!


Spaces available: We have 10 spaces in total, and a few are already reserved so numbers are limited! If you’re interested in having a table at the market, contact supporters.club@swindonwildcats.com ASAP to secure your place!



Supporting Local Charities
This year, we’re using the market as an opportunity to support two amazing local charities – the
Night Shelter and Wiltshire Scrapstore! Both charities will be in attendance at the market so please do bring along your donations and help us spread some hockey holiday cheer to those in need! The Night Shelter will be seeking donations of tinned food, joggers, hoodies, and t-shirts (men’s sizes 20-45), while Wiltshire Scrapstore will be seeking donations of crayons, glue sticks, and other craft supplies for their programs.


Santa’s Grotto
It wouldn’t be a true Christmas market experience without the man himself! That’s right – Santa will be in his grotto to meet our younger supporters, and we’ll have sweets and treats ready to make their evening extra special. Mark your calendars and join us for what is sure to be another great evening at the Link (oh and there’s also going to be an ice hockey game taking place!)

There’s always plenty going on in the world of SWSC so here’s a few more quick updates!



 Congratulations to our November 200 Club winners – Danielle McFarlane, Jeff Priest and
Mike Burton! If you’d like more information about the 200 Club or would like to join up, drop us an email or visit our desk on a game night. The 200 Club is open to all whether you’re a member or not so we’d love to have as many of you as possible involved!



 Our Kit Grid and Pet Grid are both filling up nicely but there’s still spaces for yourself or your
animal friends to get your names on the grid!


 


 We have two upcoming events – Aaron Talks Tactics which is a free, members only event at the Link on Thursday 28 November and a Christmas event on 17 December. More information about the Christmas event to come soon so please save the date and keep your eyes peeled!



 We have an on-ice cheque presentation planned for the game on 30 November. We’re looking for a Supporter’s Club member (or members) to do this presentation so please do let us know via email if you’re interested.
