JACOB MINTER RETURNS TO SWINDON WILDCATS FOR 2025/26 SEASON ON TWO-WAY DEAL


The Swindon Wildcats are pleased to confirm that Jacob Minter will be returning to the club for the 2025/26 NIHL National season on a two-way deal with the Slough Jets.


Minter, a promising young defenceman, continues his development with another year as part of the Wildcats organisation, while also gaining valuable ice time and experience with the Slough Jets. Jacob has shown maturity beyond his years and has steadily grown into his role with the Wildcats, impressing with his work ethic and composure on the ice.


Wildcats Head Coach Aaron Nell commented on Jacob’s return:


Jacob is a local guy who we believe has a big future in the game. He’s developing into a mature player at the back who can play in a variety of situations. He’s getting big minutes in Slough and another year with this arrangement will be benefit him again. He’ll continue to train with us, and we’ll look to play him where we are able too throughout the season.
