Match Report: Swindon Wildcats vs. Bristol Pitbulls

Swindon regained the lead early in the third with a power-play goal at 42:50. #12 Ryan Wells converted, assisted by #73 Ed Bradley and #26 Jake Bricknell, bringing the score to 3-2. The Wildcats extended their lead at 44:57 when Jake Bricknell netted his second of the night.


 


The Pitbulls mounted a strong comeback, starting with a power-play goal by #52 Nick Pryce at 52:59, assisted by #9 Bari McKenzie and #24 Tanner Butler. Shortly after, Tanner Butler tied the game 4-4 at 54:33, with help from #51 Reece Cochrane and #59 Ewan Hill.


 


Overtime:


The extra period was intense as both sides sought the winning goal. Ultimately, Bristol found the breakthrough at 61:53, as #52 Nick Pryce scored his second of the game, assisted by #24 Tanner Butler and #77 Bayley Harewood. The goal sealed a 5-4 victory for the Pitbulls.
