But who are The Training Fox? This week we sat down with Steve Gill, Principal/Trainer and owner of The Training Fox to get to know his business a little better!

 

What does The Training Fox do?

We are a Health and Safety, and Early Years training company. Other subjects we cover are:

  • Early Years,
  • Fire Safety,
  • First Aid,
  • Health and Safety,
  • Moving and Handling,
  • Safeguarding

 

What sectors does your company train in?

The Training Fox delivers training across all sectors, including, Food Manufacturing, shopping mall security staff, car park staff, Early Years, as well as assisting scouts, and brownies to achieve their badges.

 

How is The Training Fox run?

The Training Fox is a family run business, predominantly run by Steve.

 

Where are you based?

The Training Fox is based in Cirencester and cover Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, although they have contracts in Coventry and Basingstoke

 

Are you accredited?

Most of The Training Fox’s courses are Ofqual regulated qualifications accredited by Qualsafe Awards.

 

Where can we find you on Game night?

This season The Training Fox will be at the Link Centre for 2 games a month and can usually be found in the balcony in block A rows A or B. If not at the rink The Training Fox are following updates on twitter, and updating the ‘Fox’ family on the ’Cats progress on their social media channels.

 

Are your courses all up to date?

Yes, all courses are taught with current best practice in mind, for example our First Aid courses are taught to the latest European Council and The Resuscitation Council (UK) Guidelines, as well as research which comes through between updates from the Resuscitation guidelines.
