Amid the current Coronavirus pandemic, the remainder of the 19/20 National Season had unfortunately been canceled and this sadly included the Swindon Wildcats Supporters Club End of Season Awards Night which had been penciled in for the 2nd May.

We’ve put a plan together to allow us to host an Online Awards Night where you can all follow along from the comfort of your own home. On Friday 24th April across our social media, we’ll be streaming the award winners for 19/20 in video format.

We’ll have words from Paul Norbury the Supporters Club Chairman, Aaron Nell the Head Coach of the Wildcats and interviews with our winning players. It’ll be like you are there with us sat in your own living room.

Supporters Club Chairman Paul Norbury said: ‘It’s obviously disappointing not to have our normal awards evening this year but in the current climate we wanted to bring the awards to you. Our players deserve recognition for the efforts they put in this season and we hope everyone will join us by commenting on the awards and creating discussions about the season.

Over the coming days, we’ll have many Doodle Polls on the Wildcats social media channels, in which you can vote for your winners just like we normally would. So please cast your votes, share with everyone you know, and save the date for the only time you’ll ever have the Wildcats Awards Night in your house!’

Stay tuned for the list of nominations and how to vote for each award early next week across all the Swindon Wildcats Social Media Channels.

We hope you can all join us on the evening of the 24th.
