Your Seat, Guaranteed 

Your chosen seat is secured for all 30 home league games. 

First refusal on your seat for additional Cup and Playoff games (at a reduced rate). 

Merchandise Discount 

10% off Wildcats merchandise when you show your valid Season Ticket card in-store. 

Applies to clothing and official merchandise. 

Excludes certain items such as jerseys and selected accessories. 

Vouchers will be valid for 12 months after they are issued. 

Food Discount at Franklins 

10% off hot food at Franklins on match nights when you show your valid Season Ticket card. 

Valid for in-store purchases only. 

Cannot be used with any other offer, promotion, or voucher. 

Sell Back Your Seat 

Can’t make a game? No problem, you can ‘sell back your seat’ by submitting one of three benefit forms and your seat will be released for general sale. 

Choose ONE of the following options: 

 

Free Live Stream - Receive a stream code for the game.

£15 Voucher – You’ll receive a £15 merchandise voucher to spend online if your seat sells.

Request VOucher

Season Ticket Credit – Receive up to £10 credit towards your Season Ticket renewal (credit varies depending on ticket type) if your seat sells.

How to claim: 

Submit your form by 12pm Friday for weekend games or by 12pm the day before for midweek games. 

Seats are more likely to sell the earlier you notify us.

Important Terms & Conditions 

One benefit per seat per game – Only one benefit can be claimed per seat for the same fixture. Attempting to claim multiple benefits (e.g. both a free stream and a voucher for the same seat) is not permitted. If this occurs the club reserves the right to permanently withdraw access to all Season Ticket Holder benefits. 

Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Vouchers and credits are issued only if the seat successfully sells. 

Deadlines are strict – requests received after the stated cut-off times will not be processed. 

Credit for 2027/28 Season Tickets is £10 per adult or Concession and £5 per child seat sold back. 

Ticket Transfer 

If you’re unable to attend a game you can transfer your Season Ticket to a family member or friend. 

The recipient must fall within the same ticket category (e.g. an Adult cannot use a Student ticket). 

Transfers must be made in advance through the club office
