SEASON TICKET TERMS
Season Tickets are based on 30 home games which may include either challenge league, cup or playoff games. These games will be confirmed prior to the league start. If any additional games occur season ticket holders will be offered tickets at the reduced pro-rata price. Existing season ticket seats will be reserved until 30th April 2025 at which point they will be released for general sale. If you wish to reserve your seat but would like to make payment after 30th April 2025 please let us know.
The purchase of a Season Ticket is a commitment to all 30 home games and no refunds will be given. In applying for a Season Ticket you recognise and accept that Swindon Wildcats have the right to:
- Offer promotions during the course of the season which may or may not alter the relative value of the season ticket.
- Remove any section of seating from use at any time for any reason without penalty.
- Reschedule season ticket games or substitute alternative fixtures.
- The club reserves the right to move your requested season ticket seat(s) at any time.
- Any replacement Season Ticket cards will be charged at a fee of £5 per card
- The re-sale of this Season Ticket for commercial gain without express permission from Swindon Wildcats will make this ticket void. Customers should be aware that tickets sold from unofficial sources may not be valid.
- For all events (seated and standing) children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
- If a request has been made mid-season to move your seat the club reserve the right to refuse.
- Whilst requests will be met wherever possible allocation of Season Tickets will be solely at the discretion of the Club.
- In the event of a single seat between season ticket holders the club reserves the right to move season tickets.
- Your Season Ticket is automatically digital unless you opt to purchase a card
upon application - Any refunds will only be given after the 30 game agreement has either been
met or cannot physically be completed.
Adults – 16-59 years as of 31/08/2025
Child – 15 years and under as of 31/08/2025
Concession – 60 and over as of 31/08/2025
Students – Over 16 in full-time education. If you are over 18 you must provide a
letter from your college or University will need to be supplied even if previously
supplied. First-year students have until 30/09/2025 to supply original proof in writing.
OVERVIEW
Our Season Tickets will include 30 home games. Season Ticket Holders will receive a free digital pass for games but can purchase an additional plastic card for £5pp. The club reserves the right to reschedule or substitute games included in season tickets. Any refunds will only be given if the 30 game agreement cannot be met by the club.
In the event of a single seat between season ticket holders the club will move season ticket seats to stop single seats between season ticket holders.
12-MONTH SPREAD THE COST – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility & Sign-Up
To qualify for the 12-month Spread the Cost option you must submit your application between now and the 30th April 2025. Once the application has been made you’ll need to complete your Spread The Cost direct debit between 1st April - 30th April 2025.
Payment Schedule
- A deposit per ticket is required before your DD is set up.
- Applications can only be made for the Spread the Cost option between 1st April – 30th April 2025.
- The first monthly payment will be taken in May 2025 and will run until April 2026.
- Your recurring payment date will be set based on when your Season Ticket is processed on TicketCo.
Contract Term & Cancellation
- This plan requires a minimum commitment of 6 months. It cannot be cancelled within the first 6 months.
- Payment terms cannot be extended beyond the agreed 12-month period.
- If you cancel your season ticket it is invalid from the point of cancelation with no refunds.
Additional Terms
- If a payment fails we will attempt to take the payment 2 more times. Failure to make a payment after these attempts could result in cancelation of your season ticket.
- The club reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
- TicketCo have their own T & C’s which you must agree to.
By selecting the Spread the Cost option you agree to these terms and conditions.
EARLY BIRD APPLICATIONS
- Payment may be cash in person card cheque or bank transfer.
- Cheques should be made payable to ‘Swindon Wildcats Hockey Ltd’ The Link Centre Whitehill Way SN5 7DL
- The Early Bird discounted pricing will end on 30 th April 2025.
VENUE T & C’S
- A valid ticket must be produced to enter the event. Removing any part of altering or defacing the Ticket may invalidate the Ticket.
- All persons entering the arena must hold a valid ticket that must be retained at all times and submitted for inspection if required by any member of staff or stewarding team. Failure to produce a valid ticket on request may result in removal from the arena. This includes tickets shown on a smartphone.
- The re-sale of this ticket for commercial gain without express permission from Swindon Wildcats will make this ticket void. Customers should be aware that tickets sold from unofficial sources may not be valid.
- Swindon Wildcats reserve the right to conduct security searches. Swindon Wildcats reserve the right to refuse admission to or eject the ticket holder if the ticket holder refuses to be searched or in our reasonable opinion admission of the holder to the venue might be a risk to the safety of the audience or the holder or affect the enjoyment of the audience or the running of the event (for example if the holder appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or is acting aggressively or anti-socially).No refunds will be offered to customers in these circumstances.

- We reserve the right to provide alternative seats at an event to those specified on the ticket provided they are of no less value to that stated on the Ticket.
CUSTOMER CONDUCT
Customers will be asked to leave the premises and no refunds will be offered in any of the following circumstances: Abusive behaviour towards players staff or fans. No illegal substances including legal highs fireworks lasers weapons or offensive items may be brought into the venue. We reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items. Attendance with an animal(s) (except Assistance Dogs).
GAME NIGHT DISCLAIMERS
Please note strobe lighting show smoke pyrotechnics foam or lasers may be used during events. Sound levels may be loud. WARNING: Ice hockey can be dangerous. Spectators are warned to keep an eye on the puck(s) at all times as the puck(s) may leave the ice and travel into public areas. Spectators should only access and leave their seats when play is stopped. Official merchandise is only available from branded merchandise stands and official vendors.
FOOD & DRINK
No food cans bottles or alcohol may be brought into the venue. Only food and drink purchased in the venue may be consumed in the venue except in limited circumstances on proven medical grounds.
PHOTOGRAPHY
The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment (whether audio or visual) is prohibited. This includes the use of tablets (i.e. iPads Galaxy etc.) From time to time Swindon Wildcats or other authorised third parties may carry out photography or other recording within the arena and any images or recordings may feature visitors. Visitors consent to the use of such images by Swindon Wildcats in connection with advertising promotions or monitoring and acknowledge that the copyright in such images rests with Swindon Wildcats and/or any authorised third party. As members of the audience ticket holders consent to being photographed filmed and/or sound recorded for broadcast and/or publication without payment.
