After a narrow victory on Friday night, the Wildcats skated back on home ice on Saturday with a game against the Telford Tigers.
Despite a period of close chances at both ends of the ice, the first 20 minutes were cancelled out by both teams as the scoreline finished 0-0 after 20 minutes.
In the second period the hosts outshot the Tigers 20-9 but were once more unable to breach any defence as the teams once more completed a period of hockey without troubling the scorers.
