It was the perfect Treat for the Swindon Wildcats this Halloween weekend as they Secured an emphatic 5-1 win over the Telford Tigers at the Link Centre.

After falling to the Tigers on Wednesday night it was a big turnaround to get revenge on their rivals and pick up the two points.

Coach Nell scored 2 big goals and Chris Jones added another one to his tally for the season.

It was the perfect start to the game for the Cats as Nell raced away one on one and made no mistake flicking it top corner.

However the Tigers slowly clawed themselves back in the game and got an equaliser through Thomas Byrne.

The second period started with a lot of penalties for both teams, but some good penalty killing kept it one a piece.

However On 34:11 Nell raced away again one on one and smashed it home to get his second of the game.

This lead would then be increased to two with some lovely forechecking from Colby Tower who found Russell Cowley in the slot and he flicked it into the net.

It would be a very professional performance in the third with the Wildcats defending the net well and Marr making some big saves.

With just 6 minutes to go Reed Sayers found some space in front of the net and flicked it high past Day to make it four.

Just two minutes later Chris Jones sealed the win for the Wildcats as his swept up a rebound giving the Wildcats a vital two points.
