The Swindon Wildcats Supporters Club are pleased to announce that after 2 years of restrictions, we’re having an End of Season party.
The event is being held at The Doubletree Hilton Hotel at Junction 16, on Friday 6th May and promises to be a fun-filled evening with plenty of excitement for everyone as we celebrate the end of a cup-winning season with the players.
The End of Season party is definitely not a black tie, formal ‘boring’ awards ceremony, it’s all about celebrating the team’s success with fun, laughter and a few silly surprises. If you’ve followed the team this season and want to party with the players then this is definitely an event you should attend.
The evening will start with a few words from Aaron, then we’ll dive into a review of the season. We’ll be showing the nominations for Goal of the Season and Save of the Season and announcing the winners when we hand out awards to the players who have impressed you and our coach the most. Fans will be asked to vote for their winners in various categories from the end of March, so keep your eyes peeled to social media for updates.
This is a seated event, there are limited places available so it is important you have a ticket as you won’t be able to get in without one. Your ticket includes a 2-course hot meal and all the entertainment. Tickets and food orders can only be made using the official booking form which will be available online from the Supporters Club, or you can pick up a form from the Supporters Club desk on game nights. Full details of the meal choices are on the booking form and will be shared online. There will be photo opportunities with all the players, a prize-laden raffle including a few Wildcats exclusives and other fun things going on. After dinner, the formalities will end with the official awards ceremony and then it’s party time.
This is a fantastic and very popular event that is paid for and run by the Supporters Club. All money raised will go directly towards supporting the team for the 2022/2023 season. Ticket prices are £40.00 for an adult and £20.00 for a child (12 and under). Supporters Club members get a discount and will pay £30.00 and £20.00 respectively.
Tickets will go on general sale from Saturday 12th March, but members of the Supporters Club can book their tickets from Saturday 5th March. Full or part payment can be made by cash, card or bank transfer, full details will be on social media and on the booking form. E-tickets will be issued when full payment has been received.

Don’t forget that Stevie Whitfield is holding his testimonial the day after so this promises to be the most exciting, hockey-fun-filled way to finish off the season.
