We’ve got some exciting news to share with you all.
We’re pleased to announce a weekend of hockey fun in May starting with the End of Season party on Friday 6th and then on Saturday 7th May we will be celebrating 10 years of hard work, sweat and commitment to the Wildcats as Stevie Whitfield holds his testimonial. This promises to be a fun-filled weekend with several surprises as well as emotional highs and lows.
The End of Season party is run by the Supporters Club but the event is open to all Wildcats fans. There will be a press release about the party soon, including details of how you can get a ticket and what to expect. Please remember we haven’t been able to hold our End of Season party since 2019 so this event is expected to sell out quickly, early booking is therefore strongly advised.
Stevie’s testimonial will be a fitting tribute to a local boy who has committed his professional career to the Wildcats. Our no. 28 is one of the most popular players on the team and we just know that so many people will want to come to the Link on the Saturday and celebrate the past 10 years with him. Stevie will be announcing his own schedule in the coming weeks and the Wildcats and the Supporters Club will be helping him with the promotion so stay tuned to all your social media channels as you don’t want to miss anything.
We’ve got a lot to celebrate in May. We’ve already won the Autumn Cup, we’re near the top of the league fighting it out for the Championship and there’s also the play-offs to come. And who knows what Stevie is planning and who will be joining him to celebrate his testimonial! Get your tickets early folks, it’s gonna be one hell of a weekend.
