As the news broke last week that the Better Link Centre would be re-opening thanks to the superb work by GLL and Swindon Borough Council, we are now delighted to confirm that tickets are on sale for our matches in December.

We’ve been counting down the days until this point, and we cannot wait to welcome you all back to the Better Link Centre on the 16th and 17th December.

Ahead of the game we have a few in house amendments we would like to fill you in on ahead of these matches.

The re-opening of the Link Centre will be in phases and in phase 1 there will be a reduced number of tickets on sale. Please see the details below:

Balcony

  • The balcony is expected to be back to full capacity.
  • We will initially put 585 Balcony tickets on sale with the view to release the remainder of the tickets once the external stairwell has been signed off.
  • All Season Ticket Holders seats will be included in the 585 tickets.
  • The Lift at the Link Centre is currently not operational, however we have implemented alternatives ahead of this weekend’s games.

Rink Side

  • During phase 1 the rink-side capacity will be reduced for the short-term at the Link Centre.
  • Spectators will not be allowed to stand behind either goal.
  • Blocks S & W will be closed for the first phase.
  • There will be no designated area for away fans at this stage. Away fans can book rinkside tickets.
  • Seating and standing along the balcony side of the ice will be permitted.
  • All Season Ticket Holders’ tickets will be valid as normal.

Rink Bar & Café Areas

  • The Rink Side bar and Café areas will be open.
  • If you can bring cash, please do, so that in the event that we are not able to take card payments this prevents any issues.
  • The Rink Side bar will be accessed by a different entrance door which will be confirmed at a later date.
  • The Café and Rink Side Bar will be available to buy on a specific ticket type for that area only.

These are temporary restrictions and not permanent and we are thankful to everyone involved in getting the Wildcats back on the ice ahead of schedule.

We appreciate all your support and understanding at this time, and we are so excited to be skating out in front of you all next week. The work everyone has been doing to get the rink open has been incredible and we are so grateful for the hours of hard work which have gone in to get us to this point.
