Swindon Wildcats are thrilled to confirm that this weekend’s match against the Leeds Chiefs will also see us fundraising for the amazing people at Wiltshire Air Ambulance.

Wiltshire Air Ambulance operates an essential Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) in Wiltshire and surrounding counties.

The charity requires £3.75 million each year to keep the air ambulance flying. It operates up to 19 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, Wiltshire Air Ambulance receives no direct Government funding or Lottery grants, it relies on generous donations from the public and local businesses.

This month they will be celebrating their 30th Birthday and we’re delighted we can help them celebrate a fantastic achievement and also raise money which will help them massively in continuing to save lives.

They will be bringing their famous mascot and volunteers along to the game, who will be collecting donations on the night to help support this great cause.

For more information regarding the charity visit their website on https://www.wiltshireairambulance.co.uk or phone them on 01225 300536.
